BUNDLE loader and END TO END feed for polishing tubes and solid bars

Garboli has recently developed a new BUNDLE loading system that enables to feed our grinding and polishing machines type LT 130 - LT 200 with tube, bars and wire from a minimum diameter of 10 mm up to a max size of 200 mm.

This BUNDLE loader, that normally operates with our standard step-by-step autoloaders, has special belts that hold weights up to 1000 kg and can move or adjust through a new generation PLC programming system.

Moreover, for our grinding machines type LT130 and LT200, has been developed a special 8+8 rollers feed device with independent and adjustable speed to allow an END TO END polishing process on short bars or with predefined lengths enabling to avoid any chamfering on the edges.
