Juridical Base: interested subject gave his consent to his personal data management for one or more specific scopes

Esclusively for above mentioned scopes,personal data will be disclosed, to the competent internal personnel, but also to encharged external partners as per list available at controller's seat

Personal data transfer to recipients out of the European Community are not forseen

All personal data received will be treated and managed in respect of lawfullness,correctness, pertinence and proportionality principles, only with means, even informatics or telematics,strictly necessary to pursue the above mentioned scopes. In any case, personal data will be stored for a period of time not longer than strictly required one for reaching the required scopes. personal data for which storage is not required or not forseen from current rules in relation to a.m. scopes, will be erased or transformed in anonimous form. it is stressed that informatic systems used to manage acquired personal data are originally configurated, in order to minimize the use of data.
